摘要二胎政策的实施，伴随着家庭模式由三口之家向四口之家的改变，人口结构的调整，对中小户型室内空间的新需求。而我国目前还处于发展中国家，高昂的房价成为城市化产物。上涨的房价与不断增长的住宅新需求让中小户型的住宅空间显得紧张。在经济条件有限的情况下，为了满足四口之家居住的新需求，对中小户型空间的设计与改善成了设计师当前要解决的问题。中小户型的改善成了解决二胎背景下四口之家居住问题的突破口。41235
本文主要从人口结构调整，空间重组，交错空间的使用来阐述中小户型的居住新需求。在设计理念方面，分析两个典型案例的设计理念，改造人和空间的联系，在固定时间里功能的分类，将同一个空间，用到极致。做到同一个空间可收纳、可会客、可当书房、可当卧室。一个移动隔断，一个升降桌，一个折叠床都是一个空间重组利用。时间交换空间，不同时间段，对空间的重新组合，满足多功能空间的使用，改善室内空间，提高人们的生活质量。
