上海高校社团发展中的问题及对策研究

摘要：近些年来，随着我国高等教育的发展迅速及大学生的思想多元化，日渐突显学生社团对于高校建设和学生成长的重要性，它也在学生的成长中发挥着日益重要的作用。

调研以上海各高校学生为研究对象，采取了调查研究和文献研究等方法，通过对上海各高校学生社团现状进行调研分析，侧重于对当前形势下大学生社团管理中存在的问题进行了客观分析。41826

本文首先介绍选题背景意义，从总体上阐述高校学生社团研究现状，提出探讨研究高校学生社团管理的必要性，在此基础上进行本文的研究设计。其次再概述大学生社团的基本概念及相关理论。然后以上海各高校学生社团为例，对当前我国高校学生社团管理现状进行了实证调查，探讨其存在的问题及其原因。最后，提出加强新时期高校学生社团管理的对策，探讨有效的实现路径，形成有利于高校学生社团管理的可行措施，从而更好地推进高校学生社团的健康发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Shanghai University Associations Development -----Based on Investigation and Analysis of College Students

Abstract: In recent years, with the development of higher learning institutions in China and students’ thoughts become more perse the student associations are experiencing prosperity and playing an increasingly important role in their construction and improvement. are taking a more and more important part in students’ growth as well.

The subject is based on the analysis of the college students management as the research object, and mainly take the method such as investigation and study , contrast research method and literature research method, etc. By researching and analyzing the current situations of the student association of five higher learning institutions , the thesis has made an objective exploration of the problems existing in their administration under the current circumstances.

First of all,this paper introduces the significance of the topic selection , elaborates the present situation of college societies as a whole, puts forward the necessity of studying society management, and based on this the study is designed . Secondly summarizes the societies’ characteristics , styles, effect and roles. Then, as college student societies in shanghai an example, conducts a status empirical research about our country's university students' society management, and discusses the problems that exist now and the reasons. At last puts forward the countermeasures of society management in the new period and discusses the effective resolution path, and forms feasible measures of society management to better promote the healthy development of the college student societies.
