摘要近年来随着高校扩招与大学生就业形势日益严峻,创业已经逐渐发展成为减轻就业压力的一大方式。由于大学生群体具有资历浅、社会经验不足、资金缺乏等特质而多采用团队的形式来进行创业。目前国内外专门针对大学生创业团队方面的研究还很少。本文针对我国大学生创业团队,探究成员之间价值观异质性、团队冲突与创业绩效之间的关系。首先通过阅读国内外相关文献,对所研究的三个变量之间的关系进行梳理,从而提出本文的研究思路与假设。 然后通过设计与发放调查问卷, 对大学生创业团队的情况进行调查, 通过运用SPSS20.0软件对收集到的数据进行统计与分析,运用描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析等方法进行实证研究。最后得出三个变量之间的关系,并根据研究结果对大学生创业团队的科学发展与绩效提高提供一定的建议。42394

Title College students' values of entrepreneurial teamheterogeneity, team rushed Study on the relationship between the DCS and entrepreneurial performance
Abstract With enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in recent years and the situation ofuniversity students' employment is becoming increasingly rigorous, every business hasgradually developed into a big way alleviate employment pressure. Because have junior collegestudents groups, lack of social experience, lack of funds and other traits and more in the form ofthe team to conduct business. Entrepreneurial teams for college students at home and abroadresearch were rare. For the college students' entrepreneurial teams in our country, to explore thevalues of heterogeneity, team conflict between members and the relationship between theentrepreneurial performance. First by reading related literature both at home and abroad, tostudy the relationship between the three variables, thus put forward in this paper, the researchideas and assumptions. Design and questionnaires, and then through the investigation of thesituation of college students' entrepreneurial teams, by using SPSS20.0 software to statistics andanalysis of the collected data, using the descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis andregression analysis methods such as empirical research. Finally it is concluded that therelationship between the three variables, and according to the results of the study on thescientific development of college students' entrepreneurial teams and performance improvingoffer some Suggestions.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景近年来创业逐渐成为促进我国经济发展、带动就业的重要因素。随着就业形势日益严峻,国家和各地区颁布了一系列鼓励大学生自主创业的政策,大学生创业热潮也随之高涨。由于大学生缺乏社会经验、人生阅历、人脉少、资源缺乏等特质,团队创业成为其创业的主要选择。大学生创业团队的一大特点是其成员拥有较高的学历与较为丰富的专业知识,他们头脑灵活,思维活跃,具有较强的创新意识和接受新鲜事物的能力。然而,大学生们普遍缺乏丰富的社会阅历,接受的书本知识远多于实践活动,因此大学生创业团队在创业过程中受到其社会经验、人生阅历等方面的限制,会使得他们很难适应激烈的社会竞争,团队成员之间的关系处理、矛盾化解、问题解决等也是影响其创业成功的重要因素。虽然多数大学生选择以团队形式来进行创业,但目前国内外关于大学生创业团队方面的理论与研究并不多。关于大学生创业团队成员之间价值观异质性、团队冲突与创业绩效三者之间的关系也没有一个较为统一的结论。 大学生创业团队价值观异质性团队冲突与创业绩效关系研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_42823.html
