摘要生物医药产业在全世界发展势头最迅猛的新兴产业之一，对国家、每一个人都有着举足轻重的意义。但目前我国能生产几乎所有的常用药物以及生物制剂等，但在新型药品的研发和产业化领域任然与发达国家有较大的差距。想要研发新药，就必须要有足够的人力与资金支持。但目前国内医药企业融资渠道单一，除了企业自有资金投入，股票融资等常规渠道外，只有利用研发中形成的专利技术进行融资，通过将研发的成果转化为资金，形成一种接力式的资金流入。但一个需要20年才能收回投资开始盈利的生物医药公司，如何才能博得投资者的亲睐。本文列举了在专利融资中的常见风险以及应对方法，并提出了一些改善的建议。7005
