摘要提高供应商管理效率，有助于提高奥克斯空调的综合竞争力。本文通过分析奥克斯集团现状，并且以其中一款空调为例，详细分析其外购件以及自产件。根据外购件的资金以及数量比例，将供应商分类。针对最重要的A类供应商，本文使用具有全面客观性的层次分析法，并结合Yaahp软件，设计了相关供应商评价体系。而后就供应商的管理流程包括激励措施、业绩审核等做出了详细的阐述，并且以供应商P为例，结合以上设计，详细说明了与供应商合作开展的全过程。最后，本文设计了供应商信息管理系统框架，为供应商的高效管理提供信息支持。47870

Title    The analysis and design of management system about air-condition manufacturers suppliers                   

Abstract

In order to improve the competitiveness of AUX, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of supplier management. The paper produces the accessories according to one air-condition of AUX. Then, the paper categorizes the suppliers according

to the quantity and quality of the accessories. The paper uses the AHP and software of the yaahp to design the evaluation system about the suppliers of class A. After then, it produces the management process including the incentives and performance auditing. Taking an example of P, it produces the whole process of the cooperation with suppliers. At last, the paper designs the system framework of information management about suppliers in order to support managing suppliers efficiently.
