机场行李系统质量与安全管理体系的整合研究

摘要: 本论文对上海某机场现有行李系统各个阶段的特点，以及在各个阶段中存在的质量与安全管理问题进行了调查研究；分析机场行李系统在不同时期安全与质量体系的异同点和体系整合的可能性；使用戴明环对两个管理体系进行整合，拟建机场行李系统质量与安全整合体系的基本框架；针对在整合体系关键部分的制度及流程，进行详细介绍；最后对上海某机场行李系统质量与安全整合体系的日常运行维护提出一些合理性建议。48692

Research on the integration of quality and safety management system of airport baggage system

Abstract: This paper summarizes the various stages of the existing baggage systems of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport ,as well as the quality and safety management issues in various stages of the investigation and study; Analyze the possibility of airport baggage system at similarities and differences between and the possibility of system integration;Using the Deming cycle management system to integrate safety and quality management systems, and to build the basic framework of quality and safety integrated system of the airport baggage system; For systems and processes of key parts in the integrated system having a detailed description; Finally, making some reasonable recommendations on maintenance of the daily operation of the quality and safety integrated system of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport baggage system.
