摘要：近年来，我国经济快速发展，建筑行业也蒸蒸日上。大规模工程建设的进行，建筑行业规模日益扩大，建筑施工安全也得到了社会的普遍关注。建筑施工安全已成为了现代施工企业必须重视的课题，要防范安全事故的发生，就必须提高自身的安全管理水平。但由于某些监管部门监管力度不够，施工企业安全管理不到位，施工人员安全意识淡薄等诸多原因，致使建筑企业伤亡事故时有发生。因此大部分施工企业对安全生产较为重视，安全意识和水平也有所提高。本设计对某特殊建筑施工现场事故隐患分析，并对其存在的隐患提出相应对策与管理的方式方法。运用正确的评价方法对某特殊建筑施工现场的安全隐患分析。通过建立合理的评价模型，对现场的事故隐患进行查找与分析，通过合理的安全评价方法对其可能存在的危险及其可能产生的后果进行综合评价与预测，进而提出相应的防治措施。从而减少事故的发生，降低事故发生的损失。48696
