上海港航运管理提升策略分析

摘要上海市作为全国重要的航运金融中心，同时又是我国对外贸易的重要港口城市之一，在国家经济建设发展战略中有着举足轻重的作用，占据着不可动摇的地位。上海港的发展对上海市的经济发展有着直接的影响。上海港，位于中国大陆东部沿海岸线中段位置，每年的货物吞吐量数据可观，是全国重要的沿海港口之一。上海港除了为上海本市运输物资外，也为长江三角洲所辐射的众经济腹地提供便利。本文将围绕上海港，开展以下的研究工作：首先，本文介绍了论文的研究背景，对国内外航运管理的现状和趋势进行了简要描述，提出了航运管理的概念及其提升的重要意义。接着概述了上海港的基本概况，提出影响上海港航运管理的因素，介绍了上海港的总体设计。最后根据可提升的空间，对提高上海港航运管理的对策进行分析，给出改善的措施和建议。58192

Abstract Shanghai——the vital shipping financial center in China, is also one of the major port cities of international trade in our country, which plays an irreplaceable role in national strategy for economy development of our country. It now occupies unshakable status. The relationship, between the development of Shanghai Port and the economy development of Shanghai, promotes each other forward. Shanghai Port, as one of the most significant coastal ports in China, locates in the middle east of the Chinese mainland coastline. Every year, the cargo handling capacity of Shanghai Port is considerable. Besides Shanghai city, Shanghai Port facilitates the economic hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta as well. Therefore, this article carried out the research work on the Shanghai Port: First, I described the research background, a system summary and comments on the related research and the theoretical significance of the shipping management. Then I summarized the concept of shipping management in Shanghai and introduced the significance of how to promote the management of Shanghai Port. The basic conditions of Shanghai Port were summarized as followed and I introduced the overall desigh of Shanghai Port and the factors which would influence shipping management. According to promotable of shipping management, finally I could analyze the countermeasure to develop shipping management and found out the method to improve.
