本文首先通过文献研究,介绍共享经济以及美食社交平台国内外的相关理论以及研究现状,阐述本文的研究背景;其次分析美食社交平台的发展现状、营销环境以及存在的问题,明确本文的研究方向;然后通过波特竞争战略的分析结合美食社交平台发展综合研究;然后根据对实例“饭局”这个美食社交平台分析的结果,针对其问题结合相关理论提出美食社交的战略研究分析;最后结合实例以及美食社交平台战略分析得出美食社交平台的运营策略。
