摘 要：随着近年来房地产行业的高速发展，房地产的发展成为老百姓关注和热议的话题。作为国民经济的支柱产业，房地产的快速发展，对改善人民的居住水平具有极其重要的意义。本文通过对东海西双湖地块进行的可行性研究，从该项目概况、城市发展情况、地产市场分析、商业物业市场分析、住宅消费者需求分析、项目定位、项目概念规划、投资分析、经济效益分析、主要的结论和建议几个方面，对该项目进行研究。其可行性研究在深刻了解消费者深层次及未来需求的基础上，为开发商提供合理的策划方案，从而使区域得到最合理的开发，也使得西双湖地块的开发得到消费者最佳认可，使开发商获得最佳利益。65628

Abstract：As the real estate industry in recent years, the rapid development of real estate development become the common people focus and hot topic. As the pillar industry of national economy, the rapid development of real estate, to improve people's living level is of great significance. This article through to the east China sea, west lake double plots for feasibility study, from the project general situation, city commercial property developments, property market analysis, market analysis, housing consumer demand analysis, project orientation, project concept planning, investment and economic benefit analysis, the main conclusions and Suggestions from several aspects, the study of the project. The feasibility study on the deep understanding on the basis of deep and future demand, to provide reasonable planning scheme for developers, so that the area is the most reasonable development, also makes the development of the west lake double block to get the best consumer recognition, the developers get best interests.
