新型城镇化背景下东海县美丽乡村建设研究

摘要长期以来，在工业化和城镇化的主导下，中国经济的快速增长为城镇居民带来了富足的生活，极大地减少了挣扎在贫困线下的人口。但与此同时，城乡人口收入差距拉大、公共服务不平均的问题也掣肘了经济的健康发展。农村一直作为城市发展的主要提供者，城市的快速发展在很大程度上是以农村的牺牲为代价的，导致了农村发展极大地滞后于城市，城乡发展存在着显著的不平衡。农村建设既要脱贫更要致富。那么，找准自身发展定位，在精准定位的基础上完善农村建设至关重要。近几年来，“新型城镇化”、“美丽中国”从概念、战略到行动、实践，不断推进与深化，农村建设也越来越受到各方重视。农村作为一个区域的有机组成部分，越来越成为一个城市快速发展的重要支撑。本文以东海县为研究对象，针对其在美丽农村建设过程中取得的成果及存在的不足进行分析，重点探讨进一步建设的对策，以期为家乡东海县美丽乡村建设尽一份责出一点力。72107

Research on the Construction of the Beautiful Countryside in Donghai County under the Background of New Urbanization
