摘要由于社会的发展，为了满足更多人口的生存，在政府的宏观指导和人民需 求的共同驱使下，占用和破坏了大量耕地，致使耕地资源面临前所未有的压力， 关于耕地资源安全的研究越来越受到人们的关注。 耕地资源安全是保障社会发 展、国家稳定、人民生存等方面都必须面对和关注的。本文采用层次分析法、 综合指标评价法，通过调查太原市耕地资源的实际情况，选取相应的评价因子， 实际测定综合安全值，分析发现太原市耕地资源处于相对安全状态，其中耕地 资源生态安全值与综合安全值的变化趋势是一致的，均呈现为先下降后上升的 状态，社会因素对其产生的影响整体处于基本稳定状态，经济因素暂未对耕地 资源安全造成较大的影响。由此看来，要做好煤矿开采区的土地复垦工作，寻 求符合太原市地方特色的耕作模式，提高太原市的耕地质量。72231

Research on the Security of Cultivated Land Resources
Abstract Due to the development of the society, in order to meet the survival of more population, under the macro guidance of the government and people's demand is driven by the common, occupied and destroyed large areas of arable land, resulting in arable land resources is facing unprecedented pressure, the research on cultivated land resource security is becoming more and more by people concerned。 The security of cultivated land resources must be faced and concerned in ensuring social development, national stability and people's survival。 The hierarchical analysis method, the comprehensive index evaluation method, through the actual situation of Taiyuan city land resources survey, select the corresponding evaluation factor, measuring the actual security value, the analysis found that Taiyuan city land resources in a relatively safe state。 The ecological security of cultivated land resources value trend and comprehensive security value is consistent, showed a decreased first and then increased, effects of social factors on the produce is stable, yet economic factors of cultivated land resources security caused great influence。 In view of this, to do a good job in the coal mining area of land reclamation, in line with the characteristics of the Taiyuan District, Taiyuan City, to improve the quality of arable land。
