摘要了解徐州市公园晨练人群对空气颗粒物会对自身造成的健康影响的认知现 状,为该人群提供有科学依据的健康锻炼指导。在徐州市淮海战役纪念塔公园和 无名山公园寻找晨练人群发送调查表格进行调查研究,该问卷调查行动在 2016年 3 月,为面对面匿名调查。一共调查 342 名,其中淮海战役纪念塔公园 170 名,无名山公园 172 名。经过调查发现徐州公园晨练人群对于 PM2。5 的认知情况 并不乐观,整体认知水平较低,并且存在锻炼误区。应当加强空气质量的宣传, 尤其是 PM2。5 对人体造成的健康危害,科学的指导该人群进行体育锻炼。72291

Investigation on perception of fine particulate matter( PM 2。 5) among people in morning exercising in the parks in Xuzhou
Abstract To know cognition situations of crowd who were doing morning exercise in the parks of Xuzhou City about health effect caused by air particulate matter, to provide this crowd with guidance about healthy exercise with scientific basis。 The investigation was carried out by looking for crowd who were doing morning exercise in the Huai-Hai Campaign Monument Park and Wumingshan Park in Xuzhou City and sending questionnaires to them。 This questionnaire survey was carried out in March 2016 and it was a face-to-face anonymous survey。 Totally 342 persons were investigated, among which 170 in Huai-Hai Campaign Monument Park and 172 in Wumingshan Park。 It was found in the survey that the cognition situations for PM2。5 of crowd who were doing morning exercise in the parks of Xuzhou City was not so optimistic, and the overall cognitive level was lower with misunderstanding in exercise。 We should intensify the publicity of air quality, especially health hazard of PM2。5 to human body, and scientifically guide this crowd to do physical exercise。
