摘 要:随着我国市场经济的快速发展,知识经济与全球化的发展,我国民营企业一直保持着快速、高增长的发展。在我国民营企业发展越来越快的时候,一些不可忽视的问题在困扰着企业的进一步发展。集中表现在企业人才的培养与培训严重不足,我国民营企业越来越需要注重人力资源管理的工作。民营企业在员工培训中存在很多的问题,其中最为突出的问题是:员工培训的目标不明确,工作不够重视,缺乏科学的培训评估体系,在培训中没有针对性,缺少相应的需求分析,资金方面的投入也不能满足于培训,再加上培训的师资力量薄弱。针对目前民营企业培训中存在的主要问题,本研究认为只有明确员工培训的目标、重视员工的培训、完善员工的培训评估体系、加强员工培训的针对性、对员工培训资金的大力投入、科学分析培训需求、提高师资水平,民营企业才能长远发展,在竞争中存在优势。73380
本文以徐州同鑫光电民营企业的员工培训为研究对象,从公司的实际情况出发,分析徐州同鑫光电在员工培训方面存在的问题,找出员工培训中需要改进的地方,指出加强和重视员工培训的重要性。最后针对民营企业员工培训存在的问题,提出改善民营企业员工培训的相应对策和建议。
