摘要本文主要是通过建立有效地绩效评价体系来指导和完善快递型物流企业的运作,首先进行了大量的相关资料搜集整理,然后决定从人力资源、财务、业务、顾客满意度、物流信息系统五大部分建立快递型物流企业的绩效评价体系,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的方式进行评价、考核企业运作状况,最后运用毕业实习的单位提供的相关资料以及自己的实习经历对实际运营中的中小物流企业进行评价,得出相关的结果。75237

文章首先阐述了快递型物流企业的发展现状,指出需要建立绩效评价体系的必要性;介绍了绩效评价的相关定义、设计步骤、建立的原则和要求;然后较为具体的论述了建立绩效评价体系的维度内容和评价的方法。本文从五大维度考虑,通过评价方法结合进行考核;最后运用实际案例验证上述的绩效评价维度体系能够较为真实地反映出快递型物流企业的实际运营状况,从而对提高企业竞争力、企业管理水平、客户服务水平等方面起到积极的促进作用。

Abstract This paper is mainly through the establishment of an effective performance evaluation system to guide and improve the operation of express logistics enterprises。 Firstly, the large amount of relevant information collected, and then decide from human resources, finance, business, customer satisfaction, logistics information system five parts to build express logistics enterprises performance evaluation system by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining the way of evaluation, evaluation of enterprise operation status, and finally the use of graduation internship units to provide relevant information and their internship experience to carry on the appraisal to the actual operation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, the relevant results。

At first, the article introduces the express logistics enterprise development present situation, points to the need to build the necessity of performance evaluation system; introduces the related definition of performance evaluation, design steps, the establishment of the principles and requirements; then more specific discusses the method of establishing the performance evaluation system of the dimensions of content and evaluation。 This article from five dimensions, through evaluation method combining assessment; finally using the real case to verify the performance appraisal dimension system can more truly reflect the actual operating conditions of express logistics enterprises, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, enterprise management level, customer service level to a positive role in promoting。
