摘要：在全球范围内，各个国家对文化产业形成共识，文化产业作为最具成长活力的朝阳产业受到重视。的十六大以来，确立了文化产业在我国发展战略中的重要地位，北京798文化产业园区也获得长足的进步和快速的成长，但是发展的同时，还存在着产业园区空间布局不足，功能设施不完善；园区内企业、机构产业链不完整，缺乏关联效应；园区发展创意人才难稳定等影响798文化产业园区健康可持续发展的问题。在国家大力发展文化产业背景下，要根据自己的文化特色，政府支持和推动，优化园区布局、创建主导产业和相关产业，完善产业链条、加大人才培养，注重人才发展等，以促进798文化产业园区进一步快速发展。84779
