摘要大学校园完善的公共设施系统在发挥高校综合服务功能方面具有举足轻重的作用。本文通过对大学校园公共设施现状的考察以及对使用者满意情况的调研，从中发现了一定的问题和不足，具体包括：校园设施数量、类型缺乏，功能缺失；设施配置标准及服务水平较低；缺乏整体规划布局意识和人文艺术气息等。基于此，本文提出了优化和完善校园公共设施配置的措施，首先，从校管理层角度，应提高对校园公共设施重要性的认识，加大建设投入力度；其次，应重新规划校园空间，优化校园空间布局；再次，完善设施类型，提高设施配置标准；最后，精心设计，提升校园的文化品质。为了使高校公共设施更好的满足高校的教学科研、学习、生活和娱乐等要求，增加师生的场所认同感和自豪感，文章从多方面进行探讨，以期对大学校园公共设施的完善和发展提供参考和借鉴。76807

Abstract Public facility system, which is well-equipped and perfect, plays an increasingly important role in the function of university comprehensive service。 This essay aims to study and do the research on both the current situation of public facility and the user satisfaction in Jiangsu Normal University。 Some detailed problems and demerits are illustrated, a handful of aspects being involved: the lack of public facility quantity, type and specific functions, low-level facility deployment standard, the dearth of sense of macrocosmic layout and art。 Based on the shortages listed, the measures to optimize and perfect campus public facility are demonstrated。 To begin with, standing from viewpoint of university manager, it has to be diffused that the awareness of campus public facility importance needs to be enhanced, so does the construction of those facilities。 Also, making up for the missing types and increase the standard of the facility appears inevitable。 What stands the last is to propel the campus cultural quality。 To meet the exacting demand of teaching, study, life and recreation, spreading the sense of identity and pride among school faculties and students, from several respects, this essay hopes to provide useful references for university public facility。
