摘要如何建设中国特色的“慢城”，特别是如何结合小城镇区域特点和生态资源实现其可持续发展，成为高淳“慢城”建设的现实问题。本文在阐释“慢城”理念的同时，分析“慢城”的发展现状、发展困境，提出欧洲“慢城”建设可以借鉴“慢城”理念。科学制定发展规划、打造人性化空间、凸显地方发展特色等，为人们提供一个宜居怡情、富有深厚人文内涵的生活环境。76808

Abstract How to build Chinese characteristic "slow city", especially how to combine the small town regional characteristics and ecological  resources to realize the sustainable development, has become a realistic problem of Gaochun "slow city" construction。 The interpretation of the "slow city" concept, at the same time。 Analysis of "slow  city" development present situation, the development dilemma, "slow city" construction in Europe can be reference to the concept of   "slow city" is proposed。 Scientifically formulated development planning, create humanized space, highlighting the characteristics of local development, for people to provide a livable cheer, rich deep cultural connotation of the living environment。 

Through the analysis of  the examples of successful "slow city" in Europe, to the domestic and foreign literature research and of Gaochun "slow city" construction of potential analysis concluded that the construction has the  Chinese characteristic "slow city" specific and feasible methods。
