摘要：众所周知，21世纪是一个知识经济的时代，在我国加入WTO这个重要外部因素和国内市场供求关系发生巨大变化的内因下，企业的经营方式正在不知不觉中发生着转变与分化，这种转变与分化是深刻的和广泛的，竞争致胜的时期悄然而至，这关乎着企业的生存与发展。如何与国外一流企业并驾齐驱，这是企业在其发展过程中的必须面临的课题，因此就必须要提高竞争意识，增强企业竞争能力，并适应到现实中，有实际效果地将市场竞争的环境进行适当的和条件进行适当的完善。所以，加快速度，帮助企业增加对于竞争的认识，培养企业竞争感悟，促进企业意识到只有在竞争中才能谋求到发展提高的方法，当然完善其内部之间的竞争机制并且强化公司之间的竞争的关系，对企业在竞争力水平的评价的探索已经成为当下研究热点领域，各管理部门和管理专家越来越关注这一课题的研究。本文着重研究企业竞争力，从企业竞争力的影响因素，来对银联商务企业竞争力的发展进行分析。从银联商务所面临的发展现状出发，探讨了其企业竞争力的发展，同时对提升其企业竞争力给出了理论依据、行为参考。76899
