摘 要：在旅游业发展迅猛的今天，散客游和自助游已成为主流趋势，传统的景点旅游模式不再能为现代大旅游提供更广的发展空间。面对新一阶段的需要和日益成熟的旅游市场，应以全域旅游为理念，对旅游目的地创建完备的旅游公共服务体系，完善区域的整体旅游功能，使旅游景区成为开放、共享的全域格局。以全域旅游为视角，先阐述有关的内涵概念，再介绍无锡市旅游公共服务的体系构建情况，然后对相关情况进行问卷调查，从而诠析全域旅游促进旅游公共服务体系建设的必要性和可行性，最后就全域旅游如何促进无锡市旅游公共服务体系构建提出建议和构想。77478

Abstract: In today's fast development of tourism industry, the traditional modern tourist attractions tourism can no longer provide more space for development because more and more people tend to inpidual travel and Tours。 In the face of a new phase of tourism market demand and increasingly mature, should be in the domain of tourism for the idea, to build tourism destination complete tourism public service system, perfecting the whole regional tourism function, make scenic spots open, sharing the global world。 In the perspective of global tourism, this paper first expounds on the connotation of the concept, Wuxi tourism public service system construction are introduced, and then the questionnaire survey to the related situation, to analyze the whole domain, the necessity and feasibility of tourism to promote tourism public service system construction。 The last is how to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote tourism public service system construction in Wuxi with the global tourism view。
