淮安老年人社会参与状况研究

摘要：本文主要是为了了解淮安市老年人参与社会发展情况的现状，来探讨影响老年人社会参与的态度及行为的相关因素。笔者以对老年人进行的问卷调查的调查资料及访问结果为基础，对样本的个体基本特征、参与态度、参与行为、影响因素等进行了调查统计分析，运用单变量的描述统计介绍了样本的特征，运用总体方差分析得出哪些因子对老年人影响较大，最后运用均值比较、相关分析和方差分析等方式分析了对老年人的参与态度及行为影响较大，结果显示，文化程度、经济收入、职业以及身体状况等因素对老年人参与社会发展各项活动产生重要影响。77477

Abstract：The purpose of this article is to understand the status of social participation of the elderly in Huaian , to explore the related factors influence attitude and behavior of the elderly social participation。 Based on the survey data and the results of the visit questionnaire for the elderly, inpidual characteristics of the sample, participation attitude, participation behavior, the statistical analysis of influencing factors, using descriptive statistics of single variable describes the features of the sample, using the variance analysis of what factors affect the elderly, the mean comparison, correlation analysis and variance analysis methods such as analysis of the impact of participation in the attitude and behavior of the elderly is large, results show that the degree of culture, economy income, occupation and health factors have an important impact on the elderly to participate in various social activities。

1 研究缘起

自1999年中国步入老龄化社会以来，人口老龄化发展速度迅速。全国第六次人口普查结果，全国总人口13。4亿，60岁以上老年人口已达到1。78亿，约占总人口13。26%。预计到2020年，老年人口将达到2。4亿，约占总人口的17。17%，到2050年，老年人口总数将可能超过4亿，老龄化年均增长率高达3。2%，约为总人口增长速度的5倍左右。按照这样一个趋势，中国老龄化趋势迅猛。

在现今的老龄化社会中,要积极挖掘和与利用老年劳动力资源,充分发挥老年人的作用,利用他们丰富的经验和才智,为社会、政治、经济活动继续作出有益的贡献是老年人自身的需求和时代的需要。加大鼓励老年人参与社会活动,保持积极健康向上的心态，创造一个积极老龄化社会。积极老龄化又是目前应对人口老龄化的科学的政策框架，而老年人的社会参与则对于积极老龄化的建设具有很重要意义。淮安老年人社会参与状况研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_89042.html
