摘要：合同管理作为建设工程项目管理不可或缺的重要组成部分，已成为与质量管理、进度管理、成本管理并列的一大管理职能。合同管理中稍有失误即会导致工程亏本，承包商如何保障工程施工的顺利完成，争取更大的经济效益，变得越来越具有挑战性。根据国外经验，合同管理产生的经济效益往往大于技术优化产生的经济效益，因此施工企业应该加强合同管理。77529
