摘 要：现今，随着人们生活水平的提高，快餐以其快捷便利的特点在我国人们的经济生活中越来越受到欢迎。面对日益增多的竞争对手，沭阳胡记水饺要想获得更多的市场份额，实现顾客满意、确保顾客保留、打造顾客忠诚是摆在胡记水饺面前的首要问题。本文根据顾客满意度理论，依据ACSI模型，利用效度分析和信度分析有针对性的设计出此次调查问卷，通过对沭阳胡记水饺进行调研，并对收集到的数据信息进行分析汇总，依据数据找出影响胡记水饺顾客满意度的主要因素，指出胡记水饺在顾客满意度方面存在的问题，最后依据文献资料提出改进胡记水饺顾客满意度的策略。77768

Abstract：Nowadays, people’s living standards has improved, fast-food has become more and more popular in people's economic life with its fast and convenient features。 How to obtain more market share, to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention and build customer loyalty is the most important issue for HuJi Dumplings to figure out first in this increasing competition market。 This study is based on customer satisfaction theory, according to the ACSI model, using Validity and reliability analysis to design the questionnaire directly。 Through the research on HuJi Dumplings and collect targeted data to analyze aggregated basis data, then identify the main factors that influence customer satisfaction of HuJi Dumplings, point out existing problems, and finally, put forward strategies to improve customer satisfaction of HuJi Dumplings according to the references。
