摘要本文通过对中外各种类型的高新技术企业知识产权进行分析研究，发现中小型高新技术企业知识产权战略存在普遍问题，针对发现的问题寻找解决措施，同时归纳总结适用于中国中小型高新技术企业知识产权战略的经验，完善知识产权战略，为我国中小型高新技术企业知识产权战略贡献自己的一份力量。首先，简述我国中小型高新技术企业知识产权战略的概况以及针对我国目前的现状及造成该现状产生的原因，并且进行合理的原因分析。其次，通过研究中外同类型企业知识产权战略管理现状，对各个分类情况进行对比分析，通过分析该知识产权战略发挥了什么作用为企业带来了什么结果，判断知识产权战略对企业的作用。最后，从以上分析中找到我国中小型高新技术企业知识产权战略方面的不足，比如知识产权保护意识薄弱、 知识产权流失严重、知识产权管理制度缺失、政府对企业知识产权保护的政策支持缺乏等问题，针对无锡市康晖机械铸造有限公司提供相关的管理建议。77857
