摘要中国现在已经进入了全国城市化快速发展阶段,城乡、城镇的社会经济正处于转型关键时期。但是因为一直以来的城乡分治、工农分割格局,导致了城乡之间的人民的经济水平生产力水平、发展模式存在着巨大的差异。此次的论题正是在探讨解决这一问题。江苏省徐州市睢宁县是一个发展趋势不佳，经济模式略显落后的县级地。其用地类型种类单一，主要的问题就体现在用地协调性不佳上。其人口、产业经济、就业率等有很多的差异，十分的不协调。这也致使睢宁县的用地方式不协调、不稳定。本文从城乡共同发展的角度,探讨睢宁县城乡用地协调性。尽可能的从其他多个角度去阐述睢宁县的用地协调性。并对最后的结果进行分析，提出一些相应的睢宁县用地的改进建议和提议对策。78209
