摘要公安院校大学生职业认同感的高低会直接影响其从警之后的幸福感和满意度，进而影响整个警察队伍的形象和战斗力。公安院校大学生职业认同感的研究不仅有利于加强公安院校对学生的教育培养，而且对未来公安民警实现职业价值、公安队伍提升整体素质、社会发展安全稳定都有重要的意义。鉴于此，笔者针对这一问题进行了调查，并在调查的基础上对相关问题进行了研究与分析，提出要提升公安院校大学生职业认同感，应从学生个人方面、学校管理教育方面、国家机关制度保障等三方面入手。 78473

ABSTRACT The level of police college students'professional identity will directly affect their happiness and satisfaction, and then affect the image of the whole police force and combat effectiveness。 The research of Police College Students'professional identity is not only helpful to strengthen the police college students'education and training, moreover, it is of great significance to realize the professional value of the police, to improve the overall quality of the police force, and to develop the society safely and stably。 In view of this, the author has carried on the investigation to this question, and has carried on the research and the analysis to the related question on the basis of the investigation, proposed to enhance the public security university student occupation identity, should start from the student personal aspect, the school management education aspect, the state organ system safeguard and so on three aspects。
