摘要随着经济时代的来临，企业的组织结构开始向扁平化发展，工作团队越来越多得出现 在企业当中。在工作团队中，员工获得了更多的自由度，组织公民行为在企业当中的地位 因此变得越来越重要，而与组织公民行为相关的课题也成为了学者们研究的热点。本文通 过对国内外相关文献的综述，总结归纳出了企业当中组织公民行为的影响因素，主要分析 了预测变量与中介变量的作用，并在此基础上，提出了激发员工产生组织公民行为的若干 意见，为管理者提供了相关的理论依据。79048

Title The Research of the Influencing Factor of OBC

Abstract With the advent of economic times, the organizational structure began to flat development, team work more and more companies are now among the stars。 In work teams, staff gained more freedom, organizational citizenship behavior in the enterprise's position therefore becoming increasingly important, with issues  related to organizational citizenship behavior has become a hot research scholars。 Based on the related literature review, summarizes the factors influencing enterprise among organizational citizenship behavior, we analyze the predictor variables and the role of intermediary, and on this basis, made a number of staff from the excitation OCB views, and provides the relevant theoretical basis。
