摘要目前快递企业的迅猛发展，推动了国内经济的发展。本文采用对比分析法与采访 法相结合的研究方法，以申通快递公司为例，针对它在投递服务客户满意度低、丢失 损毁现象严重、快递不快，出现延误、加盟商缺乏管理等主要问题，提出适合快递企 业质量控制方法。提出改善投递服务、对装卸搬运进行优化、缩短运输时间、对加盟 商进行从业管理等具体措施。通过加强快递企业对质量控制的重视，从而提升我国快 递企业发展的综合竞争力。81808

Express enterprise quality control problems and countermeasures research

Abstract At present,the rapid development of express enterprises promotes the development of the domestic economy。This paper uses the comparative analysis with the combination of the interview method。This paper takes Shentong express company as an example,in view of the present express enterprise quality control linked to the low satisfaction of customers in the delivery service,the serious phenomenon of the loss and damage,the delay  of express and the lack of franchisees' management,sum up methods can be used to express enterprise quality control。Put forward to improve the delivery service,optimize loading and unloading handling,reduce the time of transportation,join in business management and other specific measures。By strengthening express enterprises to pay attention to the quality control,it can enhance the development of Chinese express enterprises' comprehensive competitiveness。
