摘要：近年来，随着知识经济和信息化浪潮的到来，信息化已经成为先进生产力发展的新方向。在这样的一个信息时代中，计算机在建筑工程领域的运用就变得尤为迫切。本文就以广联达软件为应用软件工具结合实例阐述建筑工程在软件中的工程量计算及计价过程。充分展现出软件算量和相较于传统手工算量的优势，突出使用软件进行工程量计算和计价的优越性及可行性。本文第一部分为设计要求，说明了本次毕业设计土建算量软件建模的具体要求。第二部分阐述五号办公楼的工程概况。第三部分给出了绘制五号办公楼模型所需的各个软件的介绍。第四部分则是文章重点介绍五号办公楼的建模及其组价阐述。第五部分将Revit建模软件与GCL建模软件进行对比分析。第六部分针对毕业设计的整体内容做一个简单总结。81844
