摘要：随着21世纪经济与社会的发展，工作-家庭冲突问题日趋复杂，工作-家庭冲突问题成为当下组织行为学方向研究的热点问题。神经质是人格特质的核心因素之一，它反映了个体感知外界危险和混乱的程度。神经质人格得分高的个体在外界刺激反应和问题处理等方面与普通人相比有着明显的差异性，可能成为工作和家庭之间冲突产生的重要原因。本研究以新生代员工作为研究对象，探讨神经质人格在工作和家庭领域中的作用以及对工作-家庭冲突的影响。研究发现了神经质人格与工作-家庭冲突的两个维度均呈正相关，并制定了缓解神经质人格在工作-家庭冲突中消极影响的策略，包括学会自我放松等的个体策略、提升家庭幸福感等的家庭策略、建立家庭友好福利制度等的组织策略。81880

The effects of neuroticism on new generation employees’work-family conflict
Abstract:With the development of economy and society in twenty-first Century, the work family conflict is becoming more and more complex, and the work family conflict has become a hot issue in the field of organizational behavior。Neuroticism is one of the key factors of personality traits, it reflects the extent to which inpiduals perceive external dangers and disorders。 There are obvious differences between the inpiduals with high neuroticism scores in the external stimuli response and problem solving, which may be an important reason for the conflict between work and family。 In this study, the new generation of employees as the research object, to explore the role of neuroticism in work and family and the influence of neuroticism on work family conflict。The study found that neuroticism is positively related to the two dimensions of work family conflict, and has developed strategies to alleviate the negative impact of neuroticism on work family conflict,including inpidual strategies（e。g。 Learn to relax yourself）, family strategies（e。g。 Enhance family happiness）, organizational strategies（e。g。 Establish a family friendly welfare system）。
