摘要：本研究依据现有的对房地产的研究资料，基于这些资料整理相关的研究文献，提出合理假设，基于这些假设，分解问卷的问项，进而形成调查问卷，选取合适被式，运用问卷调查法收集数据，借助于SPSS20。0进行多项有序回归分析，从而得出研究结论，结论的形成对政府制定、引导有关房产政策的出台，以及对房地产开发企业的经营决策实施、居民购房意愿的形成具有现实意义。81882

An Analysis Of the Characteristics Of Shanghai Residents' Influence On Their Purchase Intention
