摘要随着家电产品功能的不断强大，说明书的作用显得越发重要，用户也越来越依赖说明书的帮助，因为用户需要通过说明书来了解多种多样的功能以快速、方便地使用产品。这就要求说明书既能包含产品的各种信息，又能清楚地告诉用户各项操作的步骤。对说明书的严要求高标准给说明书的设计者带来了严峻的考验。哪一种类型的说明书可用性更高，更有利于产品的使用，成为了当下设计师所关注的问题。81913
本研究以联想M7650dnf打印机说明书的可用性为研究内容，选取打印机的两款不同版本的说明书进行对比测试研究。运用可用性的相关理论，通过眼动实验的方法，对比分析两款说明书的可用性，总结了产品说明书类型与产品使用绩效之间的关系，以此来指导同类产品说明书的改进。

The study of different versions of manuals’ influence on the using efficiency of the product
Abstract As the home appliances become powerful， the manuals play a more and more important role in the use of products。 For the reason that users need manuals to guide them step-by-step through the whole using process， users rely more and more on manuals’ help。 Therefore， the manual should not only include various kinds of information of products， but also make users easily understand how to use the prduct。 The high quality standards and strict requirements of manuals bring about more challenge to the manual design。 In that case， users are seeking a well-designed and usable manual in order to use products quickly and easily。 Now， designers are concerned about which version of manuals are of highly availability and can increase efficiency。
This paper is mainly about the level of usability of product manuals。 Taking Lenovo M7650dnf printer for example， this study chooses two versions manuals to do comparative study。 It comparatively analyzes the level of usability in two manuals by the combination of usability and eye movement tracking technique。 This study sums up the relation between the version of manuals and the using efficiency of the product in order to guide the improvement of similar product manuals。
