摘要:本文研究了采用酯交换的方法。以无水乙酸锌作为催化剂。以肉桂酸乙酯与桂醇为主要原料,反应制备肉桂酸桂酯的实验步骤与实验方法。并采用PEG-400作为空白催化剂来测试各个催化剂之间的催化性能。多次实验过后,经过仔细探究得到本实验的优化反应时间为1小时30分钟。反应的优化摩尔投料比为无水乙酸锌:桂醇:肉桂酸乙酯=0.02:1.5:1。在9mmHg下,反应的优化温度为90℃,同时通过实验证明,在反应温度过高时,会伴有副反应发生,且最终制得的肉桂酸桂酯产品品质会有所下降,颜色也会变为淡黄色。反应的优点在于采用“一步,一锅法”,优点为产品纯度高,收率好,品质高,反应过程简单。同时该产品广泛应用于香料工业,本文通过市场调查的方法,证明肉桂酸桂酯具有广阔市的场前景。

Research On Synthesis Cinnamyl Cinnamate
Abstract :This article studies the method of transesterification. Anhydrous zinc acetate was used as a catalyst. The experimental procedures and experimental methods for the preparation of cinnamyl cinnamate by using ethyl cinnamate and cinnamic alcohol as main raw materials. PEG-400 was used as a blank catalyst to test the catalytic performance between each catalyst. After many experiments, after careful exploration, the optimal reaction time for this experiment was 1 hour and 30 minutes. The optimized molar ratio of the reaction was anhydrous zinc acetate: glycerol: ethyl cinnamate = 0.02:1.5:1. At 9mmHg, the optimal temperature for the reaction is 90°C. At the same time, experiments have shown that when the reaction temperature is too high, side reactions occur, and the quality of the final product of cinnamyl cinnamate will decrease, and the color will also decrease. Turns light yellow. The advantage of the reaction lies in the adoption of a “one-step, one-pot method”. The advantages are high product purity, good yield, high quality, and simple reaction process. At the same time, the product is widely used in the perfumery industry. Through the method of market investigation, this article proves that cinnamyl cinnamate has a broad market prospect.
