基于融合教育视角下国内幼儿教师的发展现状及对策探析

摘要随着融合教育的概念浮出水面，学前期的融合更是成为了必然趋势。本文借由此发展趋势，以学前融合教育的安置形态、教学策略、教学活动设计以及环境规划为基础点，以自我的角色——普通幼儿教师的视角为切入点，选取6名班里有特殊教育需要儿童的幼儿教师，主要就教育理念、管理能力、课程设计、教学方法、学习情境和家园沟通这六个方面进行半结构化深度访谈，了解到幼儿教师对学前融合教育的认知和理解不够深入；无法对特殊教育需要的儿童提供更好的有效的教育支持；家园沟通密切但没有实质性进展，同事间缺乏有效的沟通。并对此现状提出增强幼儿教师的学前融合教育意识，提升自我教育能力，积极与幼儿园、专业团队及家长相互配合的建议。89228
