摘要：合格的英语教师是保证小学英语教学质量的必要条件。我国在小学阶段开设英语课程的时间相对较短，并且小学英语教师的素质参差不齐，国家和社会为提高小学英语教师的专业化发展水平投入了大量的人力物力。事实证明，在提高小学英语专业化水平方面有了一定的成效，但是仍然存在一些不足和问题，其中的主要原因之一是我们对小学英语教师专业发展的研究、分析不够深入，基于这个原因，我以“小学英语教师专业发展”这一问题进行研究，通过问卷调查法、观察法、文献法，力图全面分析当下小学英语教师专业发展的实际情况，并从政策、学校、教师的角度上提出提高小学英语教师专业发展的策略。本文关于小学英语教师专业发展的研究不仅对教师专业发展有很深的理论意义，还具有一定的实践意义。50309

Research on Primary School English Teacher’s Professional Development ——In Harbin Daoli District as a Case

Abstract: The qualified English teachers are the necessary conditions to ensure the  quality of primary school English teaching. Our English classes at the primary stage are relatively short, and the quality of primary school English teachers is uneven, the state and society to improve the professional level of development of primary school English teachers put a lot of manpower and resources. Facts have proved that, the aspect of improve the levels of primary school English professional has a certain effect, but there are still some deficiencies and problems, one of the main reasons is that our study of primary school English teachers' professional development, the analysis is not deep enough, for this reason, I am the "primary school English teachers' professional development" the question, using the method of questionnaire method, observation, literature, trying to present a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation of primary school English teachers' professional development, and propose policy, school, teacher personal point of view strategies to improve primary school English teachers' professional development. This paper studies on primary school English teachers' professional development not only has a deep theoretical significance, there are certain practical significance for teachers' professional development.
