养老产业的发展前景

摘要：随着进入21世纪，我国人口的老龄化快速加剧，这对于未富先老的中国来说无疑是一个巨大的挑战，然而它既是挑战也是机遇，庞大的银发人口的消费需求催生出一个新的市场即银色市场，而一个新的产业—银色产业也孕育而生。银色产业的发展对于我国缓解人口老龄化困境有着积极的作用，尤其是其中的重头戏—养老服务对于我国缓解家庭养老压力有着积极效应，并且银色产业的发展在一定程度能够缓解我国的就业压力。政府、企业对于银色产业也是相当重视，政府也出台相关政策来支持银色产业的发展，但发展速度还远远不及人口老龄化的速度。相关企业虽然被银色市场巨大的利益所吸引，然而却过早的投入高端产品而不接地气。因此我国银色产业的发展依旧有着很多的困难，而将银色产业做好，让养老服务及产品真正能够服务到人民群众则是重中之重。90142

银发人群依旧有着自身特有的对于养老服务及产品的消费需求，而了解他们的需求则成为银色产业良好发展的一个关键点。因此本文通过发放调查问卷了解20—60岁人群未来对于养老服务及产品的消费需求，该年龄段依旧愿意居家养老，而且认为个人经济情况、生活成本、生活方式、社会保障制度等因素会影响个人的养老选择，而且该年龄段人群对于家庭服务、娱乐休闲、医疗保健等方面的服务和产品有着极大的需求。未来多样化的需求势必会让我们的银色市场、银色产业更加的丰富多彩。
