本文通过查阅中外文献，研究共享经济相关理论，分析共享经济商业模式未来的发展趋势以及就其发展过程中的一些欠缺点提出拟解决建议。以滴滴为案例，通过PEST分析、VRIO分析和SWOT分析等理论分析法，对滴滴公司发展历程、战略以及内外部条件进行分析，并找出其发展优势和目前阶段不足的地方，使文章对共享经济商业模式发展趋势的分析以及对滴滴公司的战略选择与弥补不足之处的措施建议更具价值和说服性。
