摘  要：企业的利润最大化是企业利益相关者所追求的目标，利润对企业能否健康快速的发展也有着重要的影响。盈利能力能够反映企业在日常经营生产过程中的业绩，它的强弱也关系着企业管理人员对业绩的衡量，管理人员还能通过对企业盈利能力的分析发现问题然后找到提高企业业绩的办法。本文采用连环替代法探讨了企业资本经营盈利能力、资产经营盈利能力、商品经营盈利能力的影响因素，将各个影响因素都罗列出来，然后进行替代，从而能够知道每个因素对企业盈利能力的影响程度，最后在找到企业所存在的问题并需找出解决办法。85965
