摘 要:经济新常态下，经济下行压力加大。昆山作为百强县之首，发展模式一直是其他县市效仿的目标，一举一动都引人注目，在大环境下，昆山在开放型经济发展上寻求新突破，保持经济的快速发展。本文简述了昆山开放型经济发展历程，通过对昆山近年来经济发展趋势分析以及与其他三大经济强市的对比分析阐述昆山市开放型经济转型升级现状。根据纵向和横向的现状分析发现昆山开放型转型升级道路上的问题，并且对此提出相应对策。93044

Abstract：Under the new economic normality, the downward pressure of the economy is increased。 Kunshan as the first hundred counties, the development model has been the other counties and cities to emulate the goal, every move is striking, in the big environment, Kunshan in the open economic development to seek new breakthroughs, to maintain the rapid economic development。 This paper introduces the development of open economy in Kunshan, and expounds the present situation of opening-up economic transformation and upgrading of Kunshan city by analyzing the trend of economic development in recent years and comparing with the other three major economies。 According to the analysis of the vertical and transverse status quo, the problems of open-type transformation and upgrading in Kunshan are found, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward。

日前，全球经济环境呈现四低：低经济增长率，低企业盈利增长率，低膨胀率，低利率[1]。中国作为全球经济大国，又是WTO的一员，所承担的责任不容小觑。但是，近年来我国经济增速也是连年下降，开放型经济发展脚步放缓。因此，开放型经济转型升级是我国发展经济的一大举措。对东南沿海城市更是如此。就拿江苏省昆山市举例，昆山依托绝对的地理优势和领导正确的指导方针，早早的招商引资，发展开放型经济，连续多年蝉联百强县之首。所以说开放型经济是昆山的“心脏”一点也不为过。面对复杂的国际金融形势，昆山坚持发展开放型经济，通过转型升级实践创新型经济，延续着自己的传奇。但是正处于转型升级过程中的昆山最近三年经济增速较前期明显下降，一定有很多的问题亟待解决。本文将对此作出相应的阐述。 昆山开放型经济转型升级现状问题及对策:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_200830.html
