摘要货币政策作为宏观经济调控手段，其有效性对于我国经济发展和宏观调控具有深远的影响。对于此命题，本文参考了国内外文献的研究成果，选定近25年的国内生产总值、货币供应量数据，首先验证我国货币非中性的结论，证明货币政策有效性存在，之后以计量模型的方式实证分析我国三大货币政策工具的有效性问题，结论表明，我国三大货币政策工具传导机制确实存在，但是存在一定程度的失效，本文之后针对我国国情分别分析三大货币政策相应梗阻，并试图提出政策建议以期提高我国货币政策有效性。27218

Title The empirical study of China's monetary policy effectiveness and the relevant countermeasures
Abstract
The monetary policy as a means of macroeconomic regulation and control, its effectiveness for the economic development of our country and have a profound effect on macroeconomic regulation and control. For this proposition, consulted the research achievements of domestic and foreign literature, this paper selected nearly 25 years of gross domestic product (GDP), money supply data, first to verify the conclusion of China's currency is not neutral, prove the existence of effectiveness of monetary policy, in the form of econometric model after the empirical analysis of China's three major problem of the effectiveness of monetary policy tools, the conclusion shows that the three tools of monetary policy transmission mechanism in our country exists, but there is a certain degree of failure, this article analyses the situation of our country respectively the three corresponding monetary policy obstruction, and tries to put forward policy Suggestions in order to improve the effectiveness of monetary policy in our country.

1 绪论
1.1 选题背景及意义
近几年来，我国的市场经济发展迅速，经济体制日趋完善，以此为基础，我国货币政策有效性的重要性日趋提升。随着我国相应的几次特征性的货币政策实施操作取得了显著地成效，但是我国的货币政策传导机制的体系并没有想象中的那么乐观，总结其原因，主要在于我国的货币传导机制不完善，并且相应的改革措施进展缓慢，最终造成了其政策效果不能够明显发挥。其主要表现为我国中央银行在行使相应权限以来的货币政策调控的最终效果。 我国货币政策有效性的实证研究及相关对策:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_21650.html
