摘要西方发达国家出现从“产品经济”到“服务经济”的转变是在20世纪中后期开始的。当今制造业的发展趋势和重要特征就是产品和服务的相互依存。本文从服务型制造业的概念出发，先介绍了服务型制造业的发展历程和国内外研究现状，结合中国制造业的发展情况，深入分析了服务型制造业价值链构成和特点，并以北京戴尔电脑公司这一案例，运用模糊层次分析法，构建具体评估模型，以问卷的形式，运用相关软件构造判断矩阵进行评分，最后得出每个因素所占权重，给公司未来的发展提供方向和重点。30245

Title Analysis of the Value Chain in Service-oriented Manufacturing Industry’s Typical Case
Abstract
In the late 20th century, Western countries have been formed from the "product economy" to a "service economy" changes. The interdependence of services and products has become an important feature and development trend of the manufacturing sector. In this paper, the concept of service-oriented manufacturing point of view, first introduced the evolutionary stage and the development process of service-oriented manufacturing sector, combined with the development of China's manufacturing industry, in-depth analysis of the service type and characteristics of manufacturing value chains, and Beijing Dell companies in this case, the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct specific assessment model, in the form of a questionnaire, the use of relevant software judgment matrix score, the conclusion that weighting of each factor to a company's future development direction and focus.
