摘 要：21世纪知识经济的到来，使文化产业成为许多国家的主流产业。韩国实行文化立国战略，如出台政策，规划产业蓝图，设立独立部门，专门研究文化相关政策，建立法律体系，把发展文化贸易纳入法制轨道。与韩国相比，而中国的文化贸易发展存在着文化贸易被忽视、文化贸易结构单一、忽视文化品牌等问题。分析韩国实行的文化贸易政策、文化贸易现状及政策成功的原因,找出对中国的文化贸易政策制定、文化贸易发展的可借鉴之处，希望能够对中国的文化贸易发展有帮助。36452

韩国的文化贸易政策对我国文化贸易的启示
前言
金融危机的爆发，使各国经济陷入萧条期，股市暴跌，实体经济订单大幅减少，经济受到重大冲击，各行业、各部门开始裁员，失业率达到高峰。在这样一种经济危机面前，韩国政府将目光转向文化产业，力图以文化产业发展带动本国的经济发展。1998年，政府当局正式提出“文化立国”战略[1]，把文化产业列为韩国的重点产业。实践也证明其重心的转移是正确的，经过几年的文化战略实施，韩国文化产业迅猛发展，推动了本国经济迅速发展，让韩国在国际上站稳脚跟。而我国政府也做出了相关政策，但相比韩国来说，所带来的效果并不明显，这应该引起我国深思。 韩国的文化贸易政策对我国文化贸易的启示:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_34911.html
