摘要从国内外一些大企业，如微软、苹果、腾讯等的发展历程来看，创业投资对企业的发展至关重要，能够有效解决企业发展的资金问题，提高企业的市场存活能力。而且创业投资能够为投资者带来极高的利润。但是，利润往往与风险并存，创业期的企业规模小、技术不成熟、市场份额少，且容易受到市场的干扰，发展风险较大，创业投资风险较大。本文为了提出规避创业投资风险的方法，提高创业投资的成功率，首先介绍了创业投资的概念、特点以及运作模式，并在此基础上分析了创业投资的主要风险以及产生这些风险的原因，最后提出了规避创业投资风险的阶段性措施以及政府的主要作用。49987

The Prevention of Venture Investment Risk
Abstract
Some at home and abroad large enterprises’ development course, such as Microsoft, Apple and Tencent tell us that venture investment is very important to the development of the enterprise, it can effectively solve the problems of enterprise development fund, enhance the enterprise’ market survival ability and bring high profits for investors. However, profit and risk often coexist, if a enterprise in start up period, it often exists some problems, such as small in scale, technology is not mature, less market share, and susceptible to interference of the market, the development risk is bigger, venture investment risk is bigger. This paper puts forward the method of avoid venture investment risk in order to improve the success rate of the venture investment. In this paper, it firstly introduces the concept and characteristics of venture investment and the operation mode. Then, it analysis the main risks of venture investment and the causes of these risks, and finally puts forward the measures of avoiding venture investment risk and the main role of the government.

（一）研究背景及意义
1.研究背景
现阶段，全球经济已经步入知识经济阶段，经济发展波动性强，不断呈现出新的特点，如2015年我国经济增长在保持了一段时间的高速之后开始下降，GDP增长率仅有6.9%，经济发展进入“新常态”，而这一过程中很多的企业在还没有发展起来之际就遭遇了新的问题，其中尤其是以资金问题最为突出。创业投资是对资金的全新运用方式，是将资金、技术相互融合之后实现对资金的更加高效的配置。现代创业投资起源于上个世纪末期，如今已经在全球范围内得到了有效的发展。综观国内外的大型企业，苹果、微软、腾讯、阿里巴巴等无一不是有赖于创业投资的促进，从一个十几人的团队发展到跨国大公司集团。我国创业投资发展较晚，一直到最近十几年才被企业重视，发展的速度越来越快。然而，风险与机遇总是共生的，创业投资在带来高收益的过程中也带来了各种各样的风险，这些风险时时刻刻威胁着企业的生存和发展。因此，研究创业投资风险及防范，探寻如何有效规避风险，对我国企业的发展具有重要意义。 创业投资的风险及防范:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_53144.html
