摘要人类对土地的开发，会产生相应的经济效益，其效益的增加与合理利用的程度有关，不同地区对土地的开发程度不同，其经济效益也存在差异。本文基于土地利用内涵，运用土地经济学原理，以2014年江苏省统计年鉴为基础，从农用地和建设用地两个方面选取10个影响因子，利用SPSS统计软件中的因子分析方法，建立土地利用经济效益评价指标体系，对江苏省13个省级市的相关指标进行统计。得出的结论为：（1）江苏省土地利用经济效益存在着区域差异,苏南地区高于苏中地区高于苏北地区；（2）同一影响因子对不同地区的土地利用经济效益的贡献率不同；（3）三大区域的建设用地经济效益差异明显，农用地经济效益相差无几。针对各个区域的特点，分析了产生其差异的原因，并总结出提高土地利用经济效益的建议，探索出具有江苏特色的土地发展道路。51685

Jiangsu Province Regional Difference of Land Use Economic Benefits Analysis
Abstract
Human beings explored land , produced the corresponding economic benefit, the increase of its benefits associated with the degree of rational utilization, different areas of the land development had different degrees, the economic benefit also different .In this paper, based on the connotation of land use, depend on land economics theory, according to the statistical yearbook 2014 of Jiangsu province, from two aspects of agricultural land and construction land selected 10 factors ,used the factor analysis method of SPSS statistical software, set up evaluation index system of land use economic benefits, related indicators of 13 provincial city in Jiangsu province. Conclusion is: (1) Differences regions had disparate land use economic benefits in Jiangsu province, the southern Jiangsu area is higher than middle area than the northern Jiangsu area; (2) The same influence factor of land use in different areas of the economic benefits the contribution rate of different; (3) Different construction land area has different benefit, agricultural economic benefits all the same. According to the characteristics of the regions, analyzed the causes of the differences, and summarized the suggestions for the improvement of economic benefit of land use, explored with Jiangsu characteristics of land development.
