摘要随着中国政策的改变和科技的发展，中国的对外贸易经历了一个较长时间的演变过程，同时随着整个国际环境的变化，中国的对外贸易同时也随着国际市场大环境的变化而变化。在这演变过程中，中国的对外贸易走了弯路，同时也取得了巨大的成就。在经历了2008年的国际金融危机之后，面对新形势，中国的对外贸易，尤其是江苏省的对外贸易将如何转变以应对新的环境，迎接新的挑战，这是本文的研究重点。本论文首先通过调查，阐述整个中国对外贸易的演变过程。之后通过分析得出整个江苏省的支柱产业，以及影响江苏省对外贸易的因素，探究各个因素的江苏省对外贸易的影响，最后通过结合新形势的特点以及上述的分析结果，提出在新形势下江苏省应采取的对策。8998

Title An analysis of the evolution of the trade and the Countermeasure of Jiangsu under the new circumstances
Abstract
With the change of the Chinese policy and the development of the technology, Chinese trade experiences an evolution in a long time. At the same time, the Chinese trade changes under the international market. In the evolution, although the Chinese trade made some mistake, it has made an achievement. After the international financial crisis, what measure the Chinese trade, especially the Jiangsu’s trade should take under the new circumstances is the emphasis of the thesis. Firstly, this thesis would describe the evolution of the Chinese trade, and then it analysis the pillar industry of Jiangsu, and the factors which influence the Jiangsu international trade. Finally, it will propose the measure which the Jiangsu should take base on the new circumstances ’feature and the result of analysis.

1 引言
世界经济的发展推动着各国之间的贸易往来，进而促使着区域以及世界市场的形成；国际贸易的发展反过来也推动了国际经济的发展。早在1776年，亚当斯密就在《国民财富的性质与原因研究》中，论述了国家间的自由贸易有助于贸易双方的财富积累和经济发展，由此形成的专业化分工能够大幅提升生产效率，使得贸易双方的境况都变得更好，之后大卫李嘉图在亚当斯密学说的基础上，又提出了相对优势的理论，论述了即使在任何方面都不存在绝对优势的国家一样可以参与到国际贸易中，与其他国家进行贸易从而使得双方的境况变得更好，自此之后，国际贸易就成了经济学研究中的重要一环。 浅谈对外贸易演变与江苏省新形势下的对策:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_7568.html
