摘要证监会新任主席郭树清上任以来一直强调股市的价值投资导向，鼓励投资者多投资蓝筹股，以引导股市健康发展。而市场上的投资者在很大程度上是依据上市公司的公开财务报告来解释和预期股票价格，企业年度财务报告在向股票市场传达信息方面发挥着十分重要的作用，它所传递的东西也就是从投资角度所讲的基本面信息，因而研究上市公司财务状况与其股价关联性有十分重要的意义。本论文中首先以F-O模型为理论基础，选择一家上市公司飞亚达，从时间序列的角度研究上市公司每股收益和每股净资产这两个基本财务指标与其股票价格之间存在何种的关联性；接着，再分别研究在同一行业和创业板中每股收益和每股净资产与其股票价格间的关联性。最后，基于实证分析结果，给投资者和监管者提出了一些可行性建议。9193

Abstract
The CSRC's new chairman Guo always emphasized that the stock market should be value investment orientated. He encourages investors to invest more blue chip， to guide the healthy development of the stock market. In order to fully explain and expect the price，the investors in the market largely base on Publicly listed enterprise’s financial report. The annual financial report of enterprises plays a very important role conveying the information to the stock market， what it transfers is that the fundamental’s information in the perspective of investment. .First this paper has the theoretical basis on F一O model. Choose a listed company FIYTA， and explores the relevance of two basic financial indicators (earnings per share and net assets per share) and the stock price in the point of view of time series. Then， the paper explores the relevance of two basic financial indicators (earnings per share and net assets per share) and the stock price In the same industry and GEM， and give some practicable advances to the investors and the superintendent.
