摘要随着城镇化的发展和环境友好意识的深入，越来越多的城市有意愿从汽车等交通工具为主慢慢推广以自行车为代步工具，因此城市中逐渐出现公共自行车租赁的便民业务。从一个城市大范围的公共自行车租赁逐渐缩小到以社区为服务点，让居民真正意义上能在家门口体验公共自行车给生活带来的便利。因此，建立社区公共自行车租赁系统是公共自行车大力推广并有效管理的关键，让居民在实践中提高环保意识和强身健体，同时也有利社区公共自行车租赁业务的发展。45275
本系统采用浏览器/服务器结构，使用Java编程语言，JSP设计和MySQL数据库等等进行系统的开发。系统主要有三大部分：用户登录平台部分，业务管理和后台系统管理。用户登录平台部分主要让不同权限的用户进行登录操作，以及显示车辆损坏赔偿价格；业务功能部分主要实现会员本人相关租车信息的查询以及租车和还车功能；后台系统管理部分主要实现公共自行车的租赁查询功能，客户、车辆和站点的信息管理等等。
三部分的结合开发出符合现实公共自行车租赁业务的系统，为小型社区的公共自行车提供基本的管理和租赁功能。

Abstract
With the development of urbanization and the improvement of awareness of being environmentally friendly, an increasing number of cities are willing to popularize the use of bicycle. As a result, cities are providing the service of leasing public bicycles for the convenience of the people. The scope of services are narrowed from the city to the neighborhood so that the people can indeed experience the convenience which leasing public bicycles brings. Therefore, establishing the community bicycle rental system is the key of popularity and management of public bicycles. It can not only help people to raise their environmental awareness and build their bodies through practice, but also be beneficial to the development of the community public bicycle leasing service.
The system adopts the Browser/Server structure and uses java, Java Server Pages (shorten as JSP), MySQL,etc to develop. It can be pided into three major parts: User login platform part, the business management and the background system management. The first part mainly focuses on the login of users with different authorities and displaying the compensation price for damage of cars. The second part focuses on consultant of relevant car-renting information and car renting and car returning. The third part focuses on the realization of inquirement function of renting public bicycles, the information management of clients, bicycles and stations, etc.
The combination of these three parts help develop the public bicycle rental system which meets the needs of society, providing basic management and leasing services for community public bicycles.
