Pro/e常柴CZ380Q柴油机三维数字化教学设计

摘要随着多媒体技术的迅速发展，计算机技术的应用在各个行业都有了新的发展。有的领域计算机完全取代了人工，同样在教学领域计算机技术也有了很大的发展。我校作为工科院校的一员，船舶类高校中的佼佼者，更应该在计算机辅助教学方面与时俱进。84813

2015 年 11 月 15 日，第二届江苏省“四洋杯”柴油机拆装大赛暨江苏科技大学第六届柴油机拆装大赛在我校圆满落幕。我校在比赛中摘得桂冠，然而随着制造工艺的更新，制造技术的提高，柴油机的装配每年都在变化，我校作为柴油机拆装大赛的主办方与大赛的参赛者，在柴油机拆装的教学方面应该紧跟时代的步伐。而多媒体教学正是现代教学不可或缺的组成部分，因此有必要在柴油机拆装方面对教学方式进行现代化的更新。

本文主要研究的是常柴 CZ380Q 柴油机。全文是通过对 CZ380Q 柴油机的实地拆装、测绘、三维建模、运动仿真、三维动画、以及后期的视频剪辑等来完成的虚拟拆装。其中所用软件包括：pro/e 、Camtasia studio 8。6、文字播音员、Word、Photoshop 等。

Abstract With the rapid development of multimedia technology, the application of computer technology has a new development in various industries。 Some areas of computer completely replace the artificial, also in the field of teaching computer technology has also been a great development。 As a member of engineering colleges, our school is outstanding in the class of ships。 It should be in the computer aided teaching。

In November 15, 2015, the first Jiangsu Province, "the four foreign Cup" diesel engine assembly and disassembly contest and the sixth diesel engine disassembly and assembly contest in our school closed down。 Our school in the race won the title。 However, with the update of the manufacturing process, the improvement of manufacturing technology, diesel engine assembly each year are in change, our school as a diesel engine disassembly competitions the organizers of the contest entrants, in diesel dismounting teaching should keep abreast of the times the pace。 Multimedia teaching is an indispensable part of modern teaching, so it is necessary to update the teaching methods in the aspect of diesel engine assembly and disassembly。
