摘要离心风机是一种在日常生产、生活中常见的一种通风设备。提高风机效率,降低风 机的能源消耗是目前比较主流的研究课题。本文将通过运用 FDS 软件来模拟计算离心 风机管道内空气的流动,从而开展离心风机的气动性能的模拟计算和分析,以提高其工 作效率,为离心风机的节能减排提供参考。84814
本文主要以 DF—7 型单级离心风机作为研究对象,通过实验方法测量该风机性能 参数。并基于 FDS 软件的大涡模拟方法,对空气流动状态进行数值模拟。通过数值模 拟与实验结果进行对比分析可知:
(1)通过 FDS 数值模拟软件计算得到的在不同进风速度下模拟结果与实验测量的 数据基本吻合,趋势基本一致。
(2)空气流速稳定后,管内远离壁面处的空气流动为层流状态,而靠近壁面处则 呈现出明显的边界层,且随着离心风机流速增大边界层越薄并且速度梯度越大。
(3)因为管内流量一定,管壁处因为存在边界层导致的动量损失,所以远离壁面 的管道内部的空气流速会变大。越靠近管壁,流速越小直至减小到零。越靠近管壁,压 强越小。

Abstract Centrifugal fan is a common in daily life and production of a ventilation equipm ent。Improve the efficiency of fan, reduces the energy consumption of the fan is one o f the popular research direction。This article will be calculated by using FDS software to simulate the flow of the air in the centrifugal fan pipe, so as to carry out the aer odynamic performance of the centrifugal fan, simulation and research to improve its working efficiency, innovative research and development to provide the reference for c entrifugal fan。
This article mainly DF - 7 single-stage centrifugal fan as the research object, thr ough the experiment way to measure the performance parameters of the fan。And large eddy simulation method based on FDS software, the numerical simulation was carrie
d out on the air flow state。By comparing the numerical simulation and experimental r esults shows:
(1)through the numerical simulation software FDS calculated under different win d speed by the simulation results with the experimental measurement data, the basic t rend。
(2)the stability of air flow, pipe away from the wall of the air flow is laminar state, and presents the obvious boundary layer near the wall, and the centrifugal fan f low rate increases the thinner boundary layer and the velocity gradient。
(3)because of the flow rate must be, wall out because there is momentum loss caused by boundary layer, so far away from the wall of the pipeline internal air velo city。 Near the pipe wall, the smaller the flow rate to reduce to zero。 Near the pipe w all, the smaller the pressure。
