摘要随着科学技术的快速发展,能源危机和环境污染日益严重,世界各国集中大量的人 力和物力加大对新型的清洁能源的开发和利用,其中,氢具有清洁、储量丰富和能量密 度高等优点,将在未来的能源结构中占据重要的地位,当今的化石能源逐渐的减少,远 远不能满足经济持续快速发展的需要,这就迫使人类开发高效、可再生能源。太阳能、 地热能、潮汐能都是常见的可再生能源,如何去利用他们,这是当今世界需要研究的问 题,总的来说,使用氢气作为燃料,不仅对环境无害而且相对安全。随着氢能的利用和 存储的认知进一步的加深,能够更加经济合理的利用氢能。

和液态储氢和高压气态氢相比,金属氢化物储氢有很高的储存容量和较高安全性 能。仅需要选取适当的储氢合金,在常温条件下,储氢合金就会和氢气发生反应,储存 大量的氢气。但随着进一步的认识和了解太阳能,以及对其利用的深入的研究,在不久 的将来氢工业生产技术发展将会太阳能制氢为主导,但现在仍然面临许多难以解决的实 际问题。本文的研究内容是设计常温条件下的太阳能制氢—金属储系统。主要内容:选 择适当的储氢合金,选择合适的储氢罐的材料,合理的设计金属储氢容器的结构,确定 储氢罐的主要尺寸以及附件的的设计,比较不同的制氢方式,从中选取适当的制氢方案。86014

Abstract With the rapid development of science, the energy crisis and environmental pollution hav-e become more and more serious, many countries around the world devote lots of manpower and material resources in the development and utilization of new clean energy, in which hydr- ogen has advantages of clean, abundant reserves and higher energy density etc。 It will occupy an important position in the future energy structure。 Nowadays, the fossil energy is gradually r-educed, far from being able to meet sustained economic rapid development that forces the hu-man to develop high efficiency, renewable sources of energy。 Solar energy, geothermal  energ-y and tidal energy are common renewable energy。 In today's world it is necessary to know  ho-w to use them。 In general, using hydrogen as fuel is not only harmless to the environment but also is relative safety。 With the use of hydrogen storage and the cognitive further deepened, m-ore economic and reasonable utilization of hydrogen energy。

Compared with liquid hydrogen storage and high pressure gaseous hydrogen, metal stora-ge has a higher storage capacity and it is more safety。 What is needed is to select an appropria-te alloy。 Under normal temperature conditions, hydrogen storage alloys react with hydrogen  t-o store large amounts of hydrogen。 But with the further understanding and the understanding of the solar energy, and on the use of in-depth study, in the near future industrial hydrogen pro-duction technology development will be solar hydrogen production as the leading, but it still faces many difficult to solve practical problems。 The research content of this paper is the desi- gn of solar energy Metal storage system under normal temperature condition。 The main conte- nt is: Appropriate hydrogen storage alloy, the choice of suitable hydrogen storage materials, re
